Returns & Refunds
Products that have been open are not eligible for a refund. Products that have been damaged during shipping may qualify for a replacement. The customer may be required to submit pictures of the original product ordered

From Me To U Essentials will not provide a refund for items lost through USPS or UPS. Tracking numbers are sent for each fulfilled order. If orders are being delivered to an apartment complex or office building; the customer must ensure that the suite or apartment number is listed on the checkout order. Items returned due to an "undeliverable" address will be re-mailed to customer by request. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping cost associated with re-mailing a product order.
