The Beauty of Natural Skincare

Since the beginning of time holistic ingredients were all that humans had to solve simple skin afflictions. During this time plants, herbs and whatever nature provided was all that was available. Through trial and error humans began to study what plants and herbs helped to solve particular skincare concerns of that time. Essential oils are created by using a distillation involving plant matter. Two of our favorites that we use in our products are Lavender & Tea Tree Oil. Both of these essentials have been rated as safe to use on the skin directly. Using a carrier oil as a base with any essential oil is best to alleviate any immediate skin reaction or sensitivity. We encourage those with a curious mind to explore the wonderous world of essential oils.....just be careful though because the rabbit hole can run deep!
