Shipping Policies

All online and phone orders will be shipped on every Monday of each week. Our products are made in small batches by hand which allows for inventory control and freshness of each product. We ship to all locations within the United States & Canada. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or UPS. When your order is ready for processing an email will be sent out with tracking information.

Secure Ordering & Privacy Policy

All telephone and online orders are secure and protected through secure SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) to encrypt information like Credit Card details. Your information is never sold to an outside company or 3rd party.

Returns & Refunds
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Used product will not be considered as a return item. If an item is damaged in shipping, please provide pictures of the damaged item to ensure proper shipping and handling of return item.
Local Delivery & Pick-Up Location
We offer FREE local doorstep personalized delivery in the local Raleigh, NC area with product purchases of $50.00 or more.
We have a pick up location for local residents in the state of North Carolina at: 420 Hubert Street, Raleigh, NC.
All pickup orders must be done by appointment.
